What this means for you:
We guarantee data protection::
We recruit our own pool of testers, which you as a customer can access. We guarantee data protection in accordance with the statutory provisions, so that, among other things, we implement all obligations and the technical and organizational measures.
Declaration of consent:
Each tester gives us consent to the processing of their data for (market) research and usability test purposes. This consent also includes the transfer of personal data to our customers (in addition, only pseudonymized data is transferred).
No order processing contract necessary:
Consent covers both the processing and transmission of audiovisual recordings, meaning a data processing agreement is not required.
Our measures to protect your data and the data of our test subjects
Our servers are located in Germany.
Our testers use pseudonyms, so you don’t know their real names.
Participants are instructed to protect their data and never disclose their real details before each test.
Sensitive customer and test subject data is stored in encrypted form.
All data processed by the AI assistant is stored within the EU. This data is protected and not used to train third-party AI models.
We select our contractors on the basis of due diligence.
