TÜV- and DEKRA-certified consultant ensures GDPR compliance

The managing director of our external data protection officer H.-C. Widegreen (Widegreen & Data GmbH) is certified as a data protection officer by TÜV and as a data protection specialist by DEKRA.

What this means for you:

We guarantee data protection::

We recruit our own pool of testers, which you as a customer can access. We guarantee data protection in accordance with the statutory provisions, so that, among other things, we implement all obligations and the technical and organizational measures.

Declaration of consent:

Each tester gives us consent to the processing of their data for (market) research and usability test purposes. This consent also includes the transfer of personal data to our customers (in addition, only pseudonymized data is transferred).

No order processing contract necessary:

Both the processing and the transmission of the audio-visual recordings are therefore covered by the consent, so that an order processing agreement is not necessary.

Our measures to protect your data and the data of our test subjects

Our servers are located in Germany.

Our test subjects use a pseudonym, so you as the client do not know their real names.

Before each test, the testers are advised to protect their data, for example by closing all browser tabs that have nothing to do with the test and never entering their real data.

In partnership with TestingTime, test persons can be recruited worldwide in compliance with GDPR.

Sensitive customer and tester data is stored in encrypted form

We select our contractors on the basis of due diligence.
