TÜV and DEKRA certified consultant ensures GDPR compliance

The managing director of our external data protection consultancy H.-C. Widegreen (Widegreen & Data GmbH) is certified as a data protection officer by TÜV and as a data protection specialist by DEKRA.

What this means for you:

We guarantee data protection:
We recruit our pool of test subjects, which you can access as a customer, independently. We guarantee data protection in accordance with the legal regulations, so that, among other things, the information obligations and the technical-organizational measures are implemented by us.

Informed Consent:
Each test person gives us consent to process their data for (market) research and usability testing purposes. This consent also includes the transfer of personal data to our customers (in addition, only pseudonymized data is transferred).

No order processing contract required:
Both the processing and the transmission of the audio-visual recordings are covered by the consent, so that a commissioned processing agreement is not necessary.

Our measures for the protection of your data and the data of our test subjects

Our servers are located in Germany

Our test subjects use a pseudonym, so the real names are not known to you as the client.

Before each test, subjects are advised to protect their data, for example by closing all browser tabs that have nothing to do with the test and never providing their real data.

In partnership with TestingTime, test subjects can be recruited worldwide in a GDPR-compliant manner.

Sensitive customer and test person data is stored in encrypted form.

Our high-security servers have firewalls, intrusion detection systems and access controls.

Our employees complete data protection training and commit to data protection & confidentiality.

We select our contractors on the basis of due diligence.
