Declaration of Consent

Declaration of consent for audio-video recordings and the processing of personal data in the context of conducting usability tests or interviews.

I hereby give my consent that in the context of my usability tests or interviews, the audio-video recordings made by me at RapidUsertests may be processed by Userlutions GmbH, Boxhagener Straße 71 E, 10245 Berlin (controller) and transmitted to their customers. The customers will be named to me before each usability test or interview, provided that this does not conflict with the objectives of the study.

Userlutions GmbH processes the following personal data in the course of this:

  • Socio-demographic data (e.g. age, gender)
  • Socio-cultural data (e.g. family status, household size)
  • Biographical data (e.g. education, profession)
  • Content data from the audio-visual recordings (e.g. the web page accessed, the spoken word)
  • Meta and communication data (e.g. device information, anonymized IP address)
  • Data used to prove your consent to data processing (e.g. this declaration of consent)

The aforementioned personal data is used exclusively for research purposes, to achieve the survey objectives specified by the customer and to improve RapidUsertests.

The recordings are made available to the customer in a pseudonymized version. The recordings are made available to the customer for retrieval via the platform. For the purpose of improving RapidUsertests, the recordings are also processed by Userlutions GmbH.

This consent is voluntary and I can refuse it without giving reasons, without having to fear any disadvantages because of it. I can revoke an already given consent at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future. The easiest way to cancel is to send an informal e-mail to info@userlutions.com.
